Job Purpose:
  • To help GSK to have best quality in performance measurement and insight gathering from internal and external data to support profitable growth agenda of LOC and Emerging markets
  • Connect and maximize the commercial value of all available external & internal data sources by engaging the LOC’s business stakeholders and partnering with above country BIM.
  • Create consistent and coherent performance measurement and tracking system in LOC to deliver business insights and brand performance forecast accuracy
  • Establish standard KPIs in collaboration with above country/global analytics team to set strong measurement tools to track performance; competition; quality in customer engagement; business impact and bridge lead parameters to lag outcomes
  • Support SFE to drive data-driven, customer–focused approach to optimize customer Segmentation & Targeting and commercial resource allocation
  • Implement and optimize Commercial Excellence system & initiatives with standardized process and ways of work through offering of above country and KCs
  • Implementation of Commercial Analytics and Business Intelligence Roadmap to drive better customer insight and experienceDrive optimal & efficiencies in primary and secondary data resource utilization
  • Ensure synergies in reporting systems.
  • To be the advocate to upskill overall sales & marketing’s capabilities in conducting data driven approach strategic analysis at all level.
  • Partnering closely with above country BIM to ensure agreed SLAs are adhered by KC and looking for opportunities to continuously improve data management processes in the LOC, harmonize ways of working.
  • Continuously drive improvement in data connectivity across different commercial platform/ system by offering first-hand insight to above country BIM and KC in data cleansing & workflow optimization activities
  • Manage scope of work and resources on BI in accordance to GSK IPT priorities
  • Rapid response to events and market needs: facilitating fast feedback cross-functionally and driving rapid adoption of best practice within Emerging Markets
  • Manage budget and develop team members in BI Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodologies or integrating internal and external data sources to deliver business insights and brand performance forecast accuracy
  • Support execution of above country ad hoc market researches as Perception Study; STEM; VoC to LOC implementation
  • Able to work with Research Agencies, Knowledge Centre or self-support to complete required researches with professional standards.
  • Provide technical support/ training for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
  • Directs and oversees high level strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications.
  • Facilitates organizational data strategies for design, implementation, integration and usage.
  • Ensure excellence in descriptive analytics and use of analysis enhances business decision making capabilities.
  • Ensure utilization of EM/global analytics systems in the LoC; derive business insights from descriptive and predictive analytics; ensure utilization of global data management systems
  • Ensure deployment of above country/global analytics systems as Territory 360, Compass and LOC 360 in LOC
  • Champion the cause for high quality data, automated data processing / integration and be an advocate for the importance of good data management to enable the LoC to become more data driven'
  • Have clear oversight on LOC performance measurement and data management systems
  • Help business to innovate on the future industry to become more profitable and improve their performances, solve complex industry and market related challenges
  • Work with LOC CE team and LOC commercial team (MKT, FF) for ensure alignment in priority business intelligence and delivery of LoC MC’ analytics data and clear feedback mechanisms are in place
  • Manage, coaching and develop people in Team members of LOC BI
  • Manage and monitoring budget of BI to drive optimal and effective utilization

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:·
  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, engineering, statistics. MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 year experience at the same role with MMCs ( prefer Pharma, FMCG)
  • Excellent in English
