Identify and develop strategic partnership and business growth opportunities.
Lead partnership activities from sourcing and negotiation to execution and relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership and commercial initiatives.
Conduct market research and identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Monitor partnership performance and prepare relevant business reports or proposals.
Lead and support team members to ensure effective execution and team development.
Represent the company in external meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Solid experience in business development, partnerships, or related commercial roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in dynamic or fast-paced environments is preferred.
Proficiency in both Thai and English is preferred.
