This role will be responsible for driving TUMI Thailand online business across multi-channels. Leading the e-commerce/ CRM/ Digital marketing strategy and supporting the development, execution, management and analysis. We are looking for someone who has considerable hands-on experience running an eCommerce business (through own Brand Site, marketplaces, retailers) and executing high-touch customer journeys in all touch points for an established brand. You will be spearheading the Brand's aggressive and strategic shift to eCommerce and digital.
This role works directly with the Asia eCommerce Director of the brand who is based in Singapore.

In short, we are looking for someone who has significant experience managing a eCommerce business for a premium brand in a highly matrixed and centralized environment. The successful candidate for this key role will need to have a strategic mindset, the ability to execute hands-on and confidence to influence others. Excellent communications skills, superb interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and the acumen to strive in an ambiguous environment are all necessary skills to be successful in this role.
