Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving TUMI Thailand online business across multi-channels. Leading the e-commerce/ CRM/ Digital marketing strategy and supporting the development, execution, management and analysis. We are looking for someone who has considerable hands-on experience running an eCommerce business (through own Brand Site, marketplaces, retailers) and executing high-touch customer journeys in all touch points for an established brand. You will be spearheading the Brand's aggressive and strategic shift to eCommerce and digital.

This role works directly with the Asia eCommerce Director of the brand who is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business strategy: Develop winning strategy of the brand on gaining market share and recruit/ retain customers through digital presence.
  • Brand management: Manage Brands eCommerce and digital initiatives follow brand guidelines.
  • Project management: Leads projects planning and execution (new site launches, functionality enhancements, omni-channel) to drive consistent adoption across multiple e-platforms.
  • Product launches: Coordinate with regional and local teams on preparing product materials information, images, guidelines for brand's seasonal launch.
  • Tracking & reporting: Deliver post-campaign/ new feature enhancement report and evaluate performance and key performance indicators to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Day to Day operations: Responsible for maintenance of eCommerce business.
  • Ecommerce campaigns: Communicate and coordinate with business partners to develop consolidated content plan, promotion plan and digital campaigns.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements

In short, we are looking for someone who has significant experience managing a eCommerce business for a premium brand in a highly matrixed and centralized environment. The successful candidate for this key role will need to have a strategic mindset, the ability to execute hands-on and confidence to influence others. Excellent communications skills, superb interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and the acumen to strive in an ambiguous environment are all necessary skills to be successful in this role.

Education & Experience

  • Able to lead and work with people at all levels across the organization
  • Skilled at influencing opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives without damaging relationships
  • Decisive, can make sound decisions in the face of pressure
  • Extremely detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization
  • Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
  • Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Able to work effectively with teams spread across multiple geographies and time zones

Education

  • Minimum bachelor's degree holder in eCommerce, Online Marketing or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 8 years experience in eCommerce or Online Marketing gained from premium consumer lifestyle brands.
  • You MUST have hands-on experience and demonstrable success (measured by business size and quality of execution) directly managing a Brand's eCommerce business in Asia.

Required Languages

  • Proficiency in Thai and English mandatory
