Job Purposes
We are seeking an innovative channel marketer to join Central The 1 Channel Management team for media planning and executing The 1 marketing campaigns across all available owned and paid channels. You will apply your comprehensive knowledge of off- and online media to optimize and improve our marketing performance both in-app experience and offline sales. Your performance optimization will base on data-driven indicator, and continuous test scenarios. Team will expect you to understand fundamental media context and suggest effective media tactic that drive business results.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage media channel inventory and scheduling to deliver on-time marketing campaign.
  • Advise and execute media tactic with campaign owners to achieve business objectives focused on member registration, app install, engagement, and app conversion.
  • Work with ad platform partners and media agencies regarding campaign brief and activation
  • Provide data-driven report and suggestion for channel performance improvement.
  • Optimize media budget allocation and KPIs across channels.
  • Identify initiatives/new ideas/new techniques for improving campaign results including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and customer attribution model / mix, and lead discussions with business users to enforce best practices.

  • 2 - 5 years in a quantitative marketing role such as performance marketing or hybrid media planning with minimum 2-year experience in retail/consumer product or ecommerce business
  • Direct experience in online customer acquisition, channel optimization with conversion-based performance campaign
  • Understanding of PPC platform such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad, Line Ad and Programmatic platforms.
  • Exposure of BI/ App analytics/visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.
  • Comfortable with extensive data set across multiple sources and derive performance insight with effective fix and improvement.
  • Experience with enterprise digital marketing solution, marketing automation, or digital product development practice is not required but would be a plus
  • Demonstrate flexibility and effective communication across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Logical thinking, multi-tasking with attention to detail, and you noticed this.
  • Happy with creating thing from the ground up with thirst for knowledge and passion in finding the answer for tough questions.
