Claims Digital Appraiser

JOB SUMMARY

Claims Executive is responsible for reviewing motor vehicle damages for claims within the Asiamarket countries (including claims from Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and/or others), and ensuring the documents provided by customers are in order, and in accordance with the respective market's policy coverage terms and conditions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle, examine windscreen and other motor related claims according with company philosophy and guidelines.
• Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently.
• Handle related enquires from the policyholder, or relevant parties
• Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
• Identify and escalate any potential fraud
• Review, understand, and respond to all emails and inquiries, in English
• Maintain Positive relationship with all stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, recent/fresh graduate is welcome, with mid-back office administrative experiences preferred
• Result oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required to assess documents from different countries and to communicate /co-ordinate with counterparts across Asia Market.
• Basic knowledge of automobile parts (technical experience in motor claims/repair appraisal an advantage)
• Capable of performing digital assessments, from photo submissions
• Possession of relevant Insurance Professional Qualifications would be advantageous
• Strong negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills
• Good office computer skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Claims Assistant.
