Key Responsibilities:- Ability to sell product/solution to potential B2B/B2C partners
- Measure & track the performance of key partners
- Manage sales pipeline, provide regular reporting and forecasting to supervisor
- Set up robust performance metrics for direct reports (if any)
- Adopt a data-centric approach in all strategies and partnerships approaches
- Manage P&L and responsible for quarterly targets
- Coordinate with diverse internal and external teams including sales, account management, marketing, operations, customer service, legal etc. to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Act as the focal point to support any operation issue and ensure the best possible partner experience
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
- 2-3 years of work experience in sales, account management, or management.
- Background from logistics, e-commerce, consulting firm/and or startup is a plus.
- Structured problem-solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Hard working and able to work independently and proactively
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing job duties
- Thai national only with fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel
