Come be a CEAL- CloudEnterprise Adoption LAD -
A team blend a mix of business and technical skills, assessand manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolvebottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needswith the technical constraints. The successful candidate will rely heavily oninfluence over authority to drive project deliverables.
The candidate needs to help digital companies and startups toinnovate and build new business models and customers business needs, map usecases and creating a cloud evolution plan to connect with CEAL%27s strategy togrant the usage of Oracle Cloud Solutions.
Help Oracle customers to formulate and execute a BusinessCloud Strategy in terms of which accounts to focus and how to approach them inorder to achieve better a cloud adoption results.
Work directly with our most strategic customers projects inLAD to ensure they use correctly cloud services and have successful on theOracle Cloud Platform.
Ensure our engineering teams fully understand the end to endtechnical details of their services through the eyes of our customers.
Share best practices and patterns with the larger communityworldwide.
A CEAL is a senior individual contributor who engagesdirectly with customers. It is a hands-on technical role spanning acrossdesign, build, and production with a focus on issue resolution to removecustomer production blockers.
The candidates are expected to comfortably switch from awhiteboard to Cloud, especially in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI GEN2).

Key Responsibilities

·Create,own and execute change adoption and communication plans for all assignedchanges being implemented in a datacenter environment
·Measureimpact of adoption/communications, associated ROI and adjust plans as needed
·Identifyopportunities to standardize and/or improve operations mechanisms andoperational excellence
·Manageprojects, own all program communications, identify/surface risks, removeroadblocks and facilitate decision-making
·Definethe business impact/benefits of assigned initiatives and identify key successmeasures
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience and skills:
·Expertskills in Cloud Technologies - Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP (and/or)
·CloudCertified - Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP (and/or)
·5-10years of experience in a change management focused role
·Experiencedefining/scoping projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functionalspecifications and coordinating efforts to manage scope, schedule, budget andresources often involving different teams in a global 24X7 environment
·Demonstratedexperience and success at delivering cross functional programs and validatedability to influence without direct management authority, taking ownership anddriving results
·Outstandingspeaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade,inspire, and motivate others
·Highattention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously
·Ableto synthe data and analytics to make informed decisions and providerecommendations

·Previousexperience utilizing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean,Kaizen)
·CloudArchitect Certified
·ITILChange Management certified
·Abilityto build models and perform analysis to assess operational impact

Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle%27s internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSM methodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Recommended 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.
