As Cluster Revenue Analyst you will assist Cluster Revenue Manager to set and effectively communicate the hotels (Anantara Kalutara Resort,Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle ResortandAvani Kalutara Resort)pricing strategies by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality. You will actively participate in the production of the hotel's annual budget and assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel sales and marketing plan and assist in driving rooms revenue by working closely with Sales, Reservations, Marketing & PR and E Commerce. Assist in managing inventory and pricing strategy on all distribution channels including Branded Web, 3rd Party Sites (OTAs), Customer Contact Centers (CCC), and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Pro-actively identify and analyze business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions e.g. comparing wedding business with a business meeting with rooms. Pro-actively identify and analyze peak days and shoulder days talking into consideration past performance as well as new industry trends. Monitor competitor availability and pricing on a daily basis using available market intelligence reports and Rate shop reports and subsequently analyze & report actual performance versus competitive set.
