The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for supporting revenue optimization, pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution management for assigned hotels within the cluster. The role works closely with hotel operations, sales, marketing, reservations, and finance teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall commercial performance.
The position assists the Cluster Director of Revenue Management in executing revenue strategies, preparing forecasts, monitoring market trends, and driving business
performance across all distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Pricing
- Support implementation of revenue management strategies across assigned hotels.
- Monitor daily pricing, inventory controls, and room category differentials.
- Analyze market demand, competitor pricing, and booking trends.
- Assist in maximizing transient, corporate, wholesale
