We're looking for a highly motivated Commercial Project Manager (Pick-up Business). Foodpanda is No. 1 in Pick-up platform in Thai market. Pick-up is an extended business unit, enabling users to make orders on Foodpanda and pick up food at the restaurants. Realizing logistic costs saving, we are able to provide on-top most attractive discounts in the market along with optimized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business unit from end-to-end with P/L responsibility
  • Formulate business strategy and execute the plan in regard to customer adoption, profitability and operational excellence
  • Drive user conversion from core food delivery to the new vertical, utilizing funnel optimization and marketing costs management
  • Define cutting-edge products and turn around customer experience
  • Manage profitability from restaurant segmentation, discount scheme and fail rate

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related fields
  • At least 3-year experience in Commercial, Business Development, Account Management
  • Experienced in leading business unit under tech company is a big plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Can-do but still humble attitude
  • Proactive in Creating Impacts
  • Strong Analytical, Leadership and Executional skills
