About Bangkok Chocolate

We're launching Thailand's first viral chocolate brand - Bangkok Chocolate - featuring authentic Thai dessert flavours targeting tourists, locals, and export markets. Think Dubai Chocolate meets authentic Thai culture.

Our Mission: Make Bangkok Chocolate the must-have souvenir and Instagram-worthy treat that puts Thailand on the global chocolate map.

Role Overview

We need a consumer brand marketing expert to transform our premium chocolate concept into Thailand's next viral sensation. You'll own the entire consumer marketing strategy - from influencer partnerships to social commerce - while we handle B2B distribution.

This is a startup role: You'll be employee #1 in marketing, building everything from scratch with significant autonomy and equity potential.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Social Strategy (40%)

Develop and execute viral marketing campaigns for Bangkok Chocolate launch

Create brand positioning strategy for tourist + local markets simultaneously

Manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LINE)

Design content calendar and storytelling strategy around Thai culture + premium chocolate

Influencer & Partnership Marketing (30%)

Build and manage network of food, travel, and lifestyle influencers in Thailand

Execute influencer campaigns targeting tourists and Thai millennials/Gen Z

Partner with hotels, airports, and tourist attractions for cross-promotion

Manage blogger and media relationships for product reviews and features

E-commerce & Sales Support (20%)

Launch and optimize Bangkok Chocolate on Shopee, Lazada, and social commerce

Create compelling product listings, descriptions, and visual content

Manage online customer experience and reviews

Support retail partner marketing (provide materials, training, POS displays)

Content Creation & Brand Assets (10%)

Coordinate product photography and video content creation

Develop marketing materials for retail partners

Create unboxing experiences and shareable moments

Manage brand guidelines and visual consistency

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

5+ years consumer marketing in Thailand (food, lifestyle, or tourism brands)

Proven track record launching or growing consumer products to viral success

Strong influencer network in food/travel/lifestyle space in Thailand

Social media expertise - Instagram, TikTok content creation and advertising

E-commerce experience - Shopee, Lazada, social selling

English fluency (written/spoken) + Thai language skills preferred

Thailand resident

Ideal Background:

Experience marketing premium/luxury products in Thailand

Tourism industry knowledge (how tourists shop and discover products)

Food/beverage marketing background

Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset

International brand experience (understanding global vs. local positioning)
