Contract Logistics Distribution Supervisor

Your Role

You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial & operational objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To manage, plan, organize, staff, transport sub-contractors (and company fleet & drivers where applicable)
• To work closely with warehouse teams, ensuring efficient handover of products, daily transport planning, &
  reporting
• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer
  service & profit, safety & compliance in line with local legislation
• To ensure your team(s) deliver against their customer, site & people key performance indicators (KPI)
• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention & operational excellence collaborating at
  a site level
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous
  improvement at all times, ensuring your operation meets or exceeds their productivity targets
• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business

Your Skills and Experiences

• Over 1 year experience as Transport Analyst
• Knowledge in Transport work cycle
• Solid skills in Excel (Pivot ,Vlookup ,Graph etc.) to generate analytical report
• Curiosity to solve problem
• Strong can do attitude
