Job Description

An exciting Corporate Communication Manager job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most respected global chemical company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.

What You'll Do

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad corporate communication strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside other marketing managers. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions. The salary range is 120,000-180,000 THB + bonuses + group insurance + provident fund.

  • Develop strategic corporate communication plan to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages to define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
  • Develop, gain and strengthen relationship with central, regional and global media across all levels, including media owners, senior columnists, executive editors, editors, and working team.
  • Expand further into digital communication, on top of the traditional media. Explore new media and utilize KOL and key influencers as communication magnets. Continuous development on company own media as main communication channel.
  • Monitor issue and prepare for crisis communications, help to mitigate company's risk, create both proactive and reactive communication message once situation occurs. This is to maintain company's positive image.
  • Oversee the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work.
  • Coach the team to develop multi-skills and their competencies. Encourage the team to reskill & upskill in order to meet up with the evolving job expectations.

What You Bring

The successful candidate for this role must have good communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of digital communication and marketing tools are essential.

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree majoring in Communication Arts/ Marketing Communication/ Digital Communication is preferred
  • Knowledge in Digital communication/Digital marketing /Generative AI/Technologies
  • Proven experience in managing end to end successful communication campaign with solid results
  • Experience in handling the international media would be a plus.
  • Working experience in the international environment
  • Experience in managing team with subordinates.
  • Strategic thinking
  • TOEIC 900+ would be an advantage
  • Excellent writing skill both TH, EN
