Position: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CSR strategy aligned with company sustainability goals and ESG framework
- Lead community engagement programs and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders
- Manage CSR projects, annual sustainability initiatives, and social impact activities across factory operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards
- Prepare CSR reports, sustainability reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders
- Support ESG, sustainability audits, and related certifications
- Monitor CSR budget, project timelines, and impact assessments
- Handle crisis communication and stakeholder management related to community and environmental matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Public Relations, Sustainability, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, ESG, or Corporate Affairs
- Strong experience working with large-scale manufacturing plants or industrial operations in Eastern Seaboard area (Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao)
- Proven track record in community relations and government stakeholder management
- Familiar with industrial estate operations and local regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
