Job Description


  • Country Finance Manager (Head) role for all operation and JV companies in Thailand.
  • Scope of work include: Finance & Accounting, Corporate Finance, Tax and Corporate Secretarial functions, reporting and compliance.
  • Act as business partner in monitoring corporate finance, business control, investor relations, accounting and tax, cash management, collection, and budgeting functions to ensure daily activities of the finance and accounting division provided by the Service Provider runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze financial reports of the JV Company to provide strategic information to Exco and Project Director as a basis for decision making.
  • Prepare operating guidelines, and together with Project Director set up company budget for the Project to ensure company’s target achievement.
  • Prepare and monitor financial budget, funding projection and fulfilment. Provide financial forecast regularly for the Project.
  • Lead efforts to refinance external loans while ensuring that the interests of the JV Company and shareholders are properly addressed. Monitor compliance with loan covenants.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports. Monitor information, including revenue recognition, registration and depreciation of assets, to ensure alignment with policies of the JV Company.
  • Set up finance, tax, and SOP implementation policies for the JV Company.
  • Review proposal from the Service Provider, including contract and agreement with third parties, and to give recommendations to Exco and Project Director.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the Service Provider and other divisions to ensure operational activities run well in timely manner.
  • Ensure that corporate secretarial matters are in order and regulatory filings made correctly and on a timely basis.

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting
  • About 15 years of work experience, with last 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Current and/or previous work experience in real estate / property developers. Those with JV experience will have an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and effective communication skills.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Good business sense.
