General Purpose:
Responsible for developing and executing localized marketing promotions, events, and merchandise strategies to drive brand visibility and customer engagement in the Malaysian market.
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Country Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will take an active part in building the brand image of CXM Broker in Thailand. Together with our marketing team, you will develop creative campaigns, identify market opportunities, and create engaging content for multiple platforms. Your role will also involve promoting our company as a trusted broker while supporting the team in attracting both traders and introducing brokers (IBs). We are looking for someone who is not only creative but also curious about the FX industry and eager to make a difference.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To be successful in this position, you should combine creativity with a strong understanding of digital platforms. We value both technical skills and the ability to work well with others. You should be able to adapt ideas to different audiences and express them in an engaging way. Knowledge of the FX market and experience in the financial services industry will be a strong advantage.

Currently employed in marketing roles at trading or brokerage firms. Likely titles include Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, Marketing Executive or Marketing Specialist with direct experience in campaign development, trader engagement, and promotion execution within the financial services or brokerage industry.
Assessment Process:
Candidates will undergo a multi-stage interview process including sessions with two local team leads and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), focusing on strategic thinking, campaign execution capability, and cultural fit.
