Job Purposes
Collaborate with Prudential to curate new propositions with Central Group's essence e.g. The 1 points and/or BUs products bundling in order to differentiate them from incumbent products in the market.Promote these propositions to The 1 members leveraging various assets from Central Group ranging from digital and physical media to co-promotion programs with CG BUs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Closely collaborate with Prudential's category manager and marketing & communication team to:
  • Advise target customers based on deep understanding for CG customer segments & The 1 data
  • Suggest suitable CG products to be offered with the insurance/health products
  • Propose suitable CG channels to achieve omni-presence and maximise exposure to the target customers
  • Align design direction and ensure marketing materials produced by Prudential is adhere to CG's branding guideline and suitable for selected media channels

Closely collaborate with The 1's Customer Segment Squads, MarCom, Marketing Operations to:
  • Align initiatives and marketing plan with The 1 customer segments leaders
  • Execute the marketing and communication plans i.e. channels booking, content preparation & set up, implementing necessary tracking for performance analysis and optimisation

Closely collaborate with CG BUs to:
  • Execute the marketing plan on BU's channels
  • Explore new partnership/co-promotion initiatives to come up with unique propositions/campaigns for the partnership
  • Develop processes needed to launch the initiative e.g. ordering, fulfilment
  • Mediate negotiation between Prudential and BUs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in CRM or Marketing related roles, 2-3 years in management level positions
  • Solid experience in partnership and cross-BUs collaborations
  • Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skill in English
  • Self-starter and result oriented with great attention to detail
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge in data & analytic tools e.g. Tableau, AppsFlyer, Google/Adobe Analytic is a plus
