: A point of contact for the key corporate accounts, Agents and Brokers to serving as the coordinator and handle incoming calls, email which concerning about Membership department and correspondence regarding the customers/Agents/Brokers inquiries, outstanding cases and customer complaints properly and courteously in accordance with agreed performance target.
Supervising customer relations staffs. Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible.
Investigate and resolve customer's problems and communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
To assist the Membership Manager to manage the Customer Relation team ensuring that productivity and efficiency are achieve in SLA and/or as commit with customer.

- Bachelor Degree Related Fields
- Good communication skills: both written and spoken Thai and English (is preferred).
- Good customer service mind,Good supervisory skills.
- Good organizer, Good negotiating skills

- Willingness to learn new systems
- Willingness to provide support as required in cross functional activities
