Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement
  • To maintain and enhance relations with the customers
  • To meet and communicate with the customers on an a consistent basis in order to understand and fulfill their requirements
  • Responsible for customer service bothCustomer Engagement & Involvement
  • To control of service inadequacies is maintained by establishing and monitoring service indicators and overall performance, and taking necessary action to achieve targeted service standards
  • To manage the daily running of the customer service team in line with customer requirements and at the same time achieve company's strategic plans
  • To set objectives and deliver results that have some longer-term impact within the job area
  • To handle customer complaints and enquiries

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in Warehousing or Contract Logistics field in 3PL industry
  • Experienced in Retails business is preferable
  • Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management
  • Excellent MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
  • Able to work 6 days/week is mandatory for this role
  • Able to work at Wang Noi area, Ayutthaya required
