The Senior Customer Service Officer/ Marcom Officer is responsible for supporting the Marcom Head of Department for the mall's marketing, advertising, promotion, publicity and oversee the Customer Service Team

The Talent
  • GCE N Levels or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk/concierge experience or at least 1 year of proven marketing communications experience in the retail / mall industry preferred
  • A team player and self-starter with good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Candidates from hospitality backgrounds are welcomed to apply

The Job
  • To manage a team of Customer Service Officers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the Concierge Desk. This includes efficient allocation of tasks among officers, coaching and mentoring and conflict resolution etc.
  • Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Customer Service Desk.
  • Oversee redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums, and parking, at service counter.
  • Assist in management of customer loyalty programs.
  • Assist in events at the mall, especially weekends, whenever necessary. This includes facilitating logistics set up, operations and taking photos etc.
  • Handling and administering of Lost & Found items.
  • Selling SISTIC tickets or provide services on similar ticketing platform.
  • Prepare monthly duty roster and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.
  • Assist in the execution and preparation of the administrative work of the A&P campaign for the mall including but not limited to the online and offline strategies.
  • Liaise with tenants and partners to maximize promotions and A&P efforts to increase shoppers traffic and tenants sales.
  • Assist in the department administrative work, processing of invoices and tenants Gift Voucher reimbursement.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.
