Now we're looking for Customer Success Executive for Softline Thailand. You'll be a part of our Sales Services Team. This role will cover managed Microsoft Modern Workplace customers in their area. This is an exciting role that will help create bonds with our Enterprise customers and will fuel customer success, retention, growth, renewal and inoculate us against the competition.
What you'll do:
Drive customer Microsoft 365 usage with a focus on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Yammers & Offices.
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with customers to influence adoption on Microsoft Office 365 platform.
  • Drive end-user excitement to create viral adoption (e.g. excitement days, champions programs, Office 365 training)
  • Act as the single point of accountability for Teams Monthly Active Usage (MAU) within the customer.

Profile requirements:
. Thailand nationality, can communicate English at Business level
. Excellent communication and organizationalskills
. Degree in Computer Science (or similar fields)
. Excellent presentations skills
. Good communication skills
. 3 years of experience in IT Software selling is a plus
. Candidates will be trained on Microsoft Products.
