Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Officer located in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.
The role focuses on managing customer communication, processing orders, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction. The position serves as a key link between customers and internal departments such as Ordering, Planning, Production, and Shipping.
Key Responsibilities• Manage daily communication with customers via email and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the Ordering and Planning teams to confirm production lead times.
• Coordinate with the Shipping Department and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery updates.
• Update customers regarding payment status, delivery timelines, and order progress.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to support ongoing customer relationships.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, coordinating solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and participate in company improvement initiatives.
Qualifications• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage customer requests efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in manufacturing, jewelry, or B2B environments is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Salary & BenefitsTHB 25,000+ per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
