Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Customer Success Specialist (Outbound Re-Engagement) to join our Customer Support team. You will play a key role in reaching out to previously engaged or inactive clients, understanding their needs, and reviving their interest in our services and listings. Your mission: turn cold leads into warm opportunities and help bring buyers back into the property journey.
Location: Bangkok office preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Re-Engagement
Conduct outbound communication with previous or inactive clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Personalize outreach efforts to align with client preferences and past interactions.
Proactively identify client needs and introduce relevant products, services, or updates to encourage renewed interest.
2. Lead Nurturing
Analyze client data and interaction history to prioritize re-engagement efforts effectively.
Update and maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-up outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualify re-engaged leads and ensure smooth handovers to the appropriate agents for further action.
3. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the Customer Support and Sales teams to ensure alignment on client engagement strategies.
Share insights from re-engagement efforts, including common client concerns or interests, to inform marketing and operational strategies.
4. Performance Reporting
Track and report on re-engagement metrics, including the number of clients contacted, response rates, and conversions.
Present insights and recommendations to improve re-engagement strategies and optimize outreach effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong experience in client-facing or outbound roles (support, telesales, or lead gen)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written); second language a plus
Strong relationship-building and objection-handling capabilities
Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Persistent, structured, and highly goal-oriented
Working Relationships
Internal: Collaborates with Customer Support, Sales, Listings, and Marketing teams.
External: Engages directly with clients, including prospective and former customers.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in real estate, PropTech, or digital marketplace environments
Familiarity with lead scoring, client segmentation, or automation tools
Prior experience reactivating lapsed users or nurturing cold leads
