Customer service associate- Handling inbound chats/emails for the various process.

Service/sales

Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.

Technical/service support.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

Have excellent English communication skills-

Should be able to speak English fluently.

Reside in Hyderabad- near gacchiboli

Work from office

complete night shift

Willing to work in night shift

Can join immediately

Should hold all relevant documents.

Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)

Experience in BPO domain is preferred.

Both doses vaccinated with certificate

Cab facility Available- chargeable (per month basis) one way
