  • Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Care Support
  • Language Requirement: Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Japanese customer care service
  • Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts


  • Provide excellent customer care support in Japanese language via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts as required to ensure round-the-clock support.


  • Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is essential.
  • Proficiency in English would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Thailand and work at Bhiraj Towers.
