Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Planner based in Bangkok. The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing data to identify trends, collaborating with teams to optimize production planning, and ensuring alignment between supply and demand. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
• Experience in Production Planning and ensuring the balance of supply and demand
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Understanding of the retail or FMCG industry is advantageous
