Understanding the Design, Assembly Build Sequence & Process Planning considering Assembly Jig, Identifying Parts & Assembly affecting Aircraft contour profile and ICY points, Creating Stack Up Path for the same, Carrying Out Tolerance Stack Up Analysis considering Model Based Definition (MBD) inputs and GD&T.

I. Structural design of Vertical Tail assembly with design of Rib and Spar for stiffening. Created CAD Model and Generated Assembly Drawings.

Prime Responsibilities include CAD modelling from Numerical Master Geometry(NMG), splitting into modules considering the manufacturing feasibility, Structural Analysis, identification of materials, introducing joints, tolerances and generation of production drawings and co-ordination of fabrication for the same.
