Job Description



Responsibilities
  • Create customer-centric copy for all digital touchpoints, primarily applications and websites to serve our business priorities.
  • Develop content ideas and produce blogs with an aim to draw traffic, instill customer confidence
  • and enable conversion.
  • Work closely with SEO Specialist, UX, UI, PO, Business, Customer Service, Legal and Marketing teams to plan, align and review the impact of digital copy
  • Act as UX writer and response for creating the copy on everything from buttons to pages and error messages both website and mobile application. Must deliver the product's message for the inside out and make sure that message is consistent, easy to understand, and in line with the goals of the digital products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor/master degree in Arts, Journalism and Mass Communications, Marketing, Language, Business, or related fields
  • Have more 5 years in creative writing, content creation or marketing communication
  • Experience in writing communication for mass audience
  • Ability to incorporate copywriting expertise with understanding in user experience
  • Change oriented - be highly adaptive to changes with positive perspective
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders from different business backgrounds without compromising on standard of work delivered
  • Ability to convey complicated concepts into simple but trustworthy communication
  • Understand online MKT ecosystem (Organic: SEO & Paid marketing: SEM) and successful elements of inbound marketing
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, conflicting schedules, meetings and timelines
  • Good written and spoken Thai and English
