About the job
This role is responsible for designing and executing integrated omnichannel marketing funnels that drive qualified lead generation and maximize conversion rates. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of digital marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Design omnichannel funnels that drive qualified lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion performance ( include sales, content and creative team) to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts
- Monitor overall channel performance and optimize operations, campaigns, and promotions to maximize lead and efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing messages across media channels e.g. website, social media platforms, line broadcast, push notifications & email marketing, digital marketing and paid media
- Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to acquire new customers and support lead generation.
- Integrate digital initiatives contents (i.e. KOL or UGC (User-Generated Content) )to increase decisions making and conversion
- Leverage data-driven insights to strategically grow audience segments across all channels
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize funnels to enhance conversion rates across all channels and user journey stages through cross-functional collaboration
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust spending as necessary to achieve targets and ensure that company resources are allocated efficiently
- Execute budget flow for campaign readiness
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Agency roles.
- Background in the insurance and banking industries is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM, LTV, and marketing funnel strategies
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to manage and scale performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. (Thai & English)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
