Job Description



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Initiate business goals and define pain points, understand brand guidelines and strategic initiatives, set and communicate expectations, schedule and organize resources and managing deliverables
  • Prepare all media and campaign analytics to undercover key learnings and insights to construct actionable performance of recommendations
  • Prepare the maintaining & forecasting monthly budgets, reviewing reports & analysis
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to improve Leads & Conversions performance
  • Ensure all works adheres to the quality standards regarding appearance and contents i.e. accuracy, branding guidelines
  • Work with other related internal functions eg. IT, Legal and Compliance and external parties eg. Creative Agency, Media Agency, Media Platform Company i.e. Google, Facebook, LINE and etc.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing space with proficient knowledge across multiple digital marketing tactics
  • 2 years of managing Account Management and/or Marketing teams
  • Experience in eCommerce or other conversion focused landscape either client or agency side
  • Experience in analysing and presenting diverse sets of campaign data with experience in Google Analytics or other analytics software
  • Highly proficient in relationship management, public speaking and excellent presentation skills
