Job Description



Job Responsibilities:

  • Owner of overall digital product portfolio performance report of both web based and mobile application
  • Develop visualized reports to effectively articulate the digital portfolio to drive awareness and educate the digital portfolio performance
  • Utilize digital-first thinking and industry insights to provide recommendations for portfolio enhancements
  • Strategically put tactics of portfolio enhancement in plan and closely monitor the progress with result tracking
  • Partner closely with product owners for tactic execution tied to proactively improving the digital portfolio optimization
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity and business performance to identify potential insights that can drive Digital Portfolio initiatives
  • Act as the point person on all Digital Portfolio Management data needs and partner cross-functionally with teams across organization (Product owners, Insights, and others)
  • Understand regulatory and compliance influences on the application, partnering closely with Risk, Fraud, and Compliance to proactively mitigate client and corporate risk

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience, in digital products, product analysis/management, data analytics, client insights or market research strong analytic skills and critical thinking
  • Experience and understand Mobile Application and web based performance metrics
  • Experience in advanced Excel, and analytics software tools such as Tableau is a plus
  • Understand customer behaviors and insights and focus on best customer experiences
  • Familiar with Agile project methodology
