Job Description


  • Drive the digital project management includes web and mobile application to deliver on time within budget
  • Partner with business functions and product owners to manage delivery performance
  • Work closely with squads for regular basis of resource and budget monitoring
  • Prepare yearly resource and budget of total digital product portfolio
  • Consolidate multiple squads delivery performance as single dashboard
  • Define new end to end process setup of each new revenue stream and drive to live mode
  • Regular track and provide single digital portfolio delivery plan on regular basis to management level
  • Think strategically about communication to negotiate project schedules, manage expectations, educate stakeholders and resolve issues
  • Work closely with related parties in squads and functions to coordinate project management activities including release plan, business validation, end user training, and communication strategy
  • Act as the contact point person to understand overall technology roadmap from Krungsri Group and help team to align the development and delivery timeline
  • Ensure the whole organization have same pace information of digital product release plan

  • 5 years++ experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, PMO, Business Process Improvement or strategic planning
  • Experience in PMO function, portfolio performance metrics and reporting, and project financials.
  • Experience in development and implement new initiative project from financial / banking /auto lending business is preferable
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in resource management and agility skill enablement
  • Agile Methodology experience preferred
