Job Description

How you will do it
  • Under general direction, responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls equipment/service with a focus on sales opportunities to achieve new business growth.
  • Prepares and issues tenders and proposal(s) to customer(s) with accurate cost estimation Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Partners with other sales team members, as well as designers, consultants, or owners from assigned accounts
  • Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth
  • Refers leads to other business segments
  • Utilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progress
  • Builds and applies knowledge of competitor's business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier
  • Address customer objective / needs and requirements, recommend solution and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantage
  • Keep manager informed for the change in market place, applies knowledge of competitors service and business to favorable differentiate our service from them
  • Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationship with them
  • Handling product implementation and launching Digital Solution according to the company's requirements to explore new opportunities.
  • Understand Business and Customer's need or pain point and validate the exact requirement.

What we look for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience inDigital Solution, Technical Sales and Service Business
  • Know end to end process of digital product base, client industries, and trends of digital innovations & solutions to help clients drive Digital Transformation
  • Creativity for new strategic and adaptive
  • Good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English
