Scopes

Demand - planning (15%)

Doing department supply chain processes to optimize purchase activities follow company regulation and compliance

Purchasing (7181 & 718P: SSO, ETO ATO PP) (40%)

Supplier management comply to company policy process.

Coordinate with SOM, sales, and internal functions to ensure customer on-time delivery confirmation

Logistics management (25%)

Conduct consolidation manage and reduce logistic cost and transportation including quality management claim process

Enable export control, logistics reverse, and temporary import/export (15%)

Warehouse consumable planning & supplying (5%)

Responsibilities

  1. Logistics planer and on-time delivery management
  2. Perform ordering/ acknowledgement process on EDI and manual PO, SO
  3. Vendor management complies with SCM systematic processes
  4. Coordinate with OSD4 to manage LSP claim, damage, lost issue
  5. Contact vendor for warranty, wrong part, missing part, goods quality issue
  6. Handle logistics return and temporary import/ export support
  7. Ensure external sourcing process is implemented and complied with CDD
  8. Responsible to manage supplier performance and do assessment record
  9. Well organize and keep record compliance document filing and reports
  10. Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

Position Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management

2. Work Experience: 1-2 years

3. Languages: good at both spoken and written English

4. Hardware / Software Skills: proficiency in MS. Office

- Understand in international trading basic, import-export, incoterm

- Understand principle of ordering process, good at data analysis

- SAP experience in MM module as a plus

6. Other skills

- Customer oriented, ability to meet deadlines

- Able to manage multiple tasks, strong collaborator

- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
