Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Marketing Director to lead the marketing function for commercial logistics in the Southeast Asia cluster. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand leadership, market penetration, and sustainable business growth. Key Accountabilities

  • Design, own, and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the Southeast Asia cluster, ensuring full alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the entire marketing function, including Market Intelligence & Lead Generation, Product & Event Marketing, and Performance & CRM.
  • Be accountable for delivering a clear return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives. or Manage the marketing budget to achieve key performance targets, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Act as the senior marketing advisor to the VP of Commercial Logistics and other executive stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive the development of a strong brand identity and value proposition, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all markets within the cluster.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and collaborative marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategies for the complete portfolio of logistics solutions, ensuring successful launches and effective lifecycle management.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of extensive B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary marketing function.
  • Deep and comprehensive experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable business growth across the Southeast Asia cluster.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and operate effectively at an executive level.
  • Business fluency in English is mandatory.
