Job Description


The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the retails business (Max Mart Shop) and provide company strategy to ensure that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.


  • Develop, improve, implement operation and production plan to meet company goals
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of every department, establish company policies, implement necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulations
  • Evaluate overall company performances
  • Provide all necessary reports, assisting management in goal setting and promoting company growth including anticipate and forecast trends and patterns both of the company and market place Managing finances, developing, monitoring and analyzing the departmental and company budgets and financial reports
  • Create financial plans for increasing revenue margins
  • Allocate the company's resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions, supply chain and delivery management
  • Create operation strategies to minimize stock losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivity


  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management or related field
  • At least 10 years experiences in retail business
  • Experience in operation management and Store Management
  • Experience in retail business is a must
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Results driven and ability to communicate
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and accuracy
