Director of Wellness

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing on property wellness initiatives, providing the best opportunities for Marketing and PR, as well as driving strong financial returns on the programming. You will be required for significant travel time to support destinations retreats, to develop new talent for Visiting Practitioner Program and to be on the forefront of discovering new programming for our Wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

. Bachelors Degree in related field
. Five years experience in a similar role in a 5-star spa and wellness
. Solid knowledge of spoken and written English
. In depth knowledge of wellness trends and programming, presentation skills, international experience, capacity optimization technique
. Comfortable with flexible working hours
. Applies healthy body mechanics
