Job Description

The Duty Manager Guest Experience oversees all aspects of the guest experience, from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay. This position is critical in building and maintaining strong guest relationships, which in turn drives guest loyalty and positive reviews. The Duty Manager Guest Experience will be in charge of a team of selected Villa Hosts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Be able to lead a team
  • Computer skills in PMS Opera / Opera Cloud
