Job Description





Our client operates in the pharmaceutical industry, covering the stages of production, sales, marketing, and distribution. Their main focus is on promoting access to high-quality pharmaceutical products and supplies. They offer a wide range of products, including domestically produced and imported medicines and medical supplies, as well as dietary supplements and cosmeceuticals.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the E-Commerce team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve department goals and targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive E-Commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Monitor E-Commerce performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating insights to optimize user experience and improve overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless and integrated E-Commerce experience for customers.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the E-Commerce platforms, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the brands image and standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the online shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout, to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the E-Commerce platform, making strategic recommendations to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, for example E-Commerce platform, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and maximize E-Commerce potential.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks in the E-Commerce landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with E-Commerce objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage the E-Commerce budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve business objectives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in an E-Commerce field, demonstrating successful E-Commerce business growth.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in website analytics tools and E-Commerce performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods industry will be beneficial.
