Job Responsibilities/Activities

  • Creates and reviews job procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, WI, checklists, and initiates the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Review & Revise calibrations and PM plans in equipment failures and emergency repairs.
  • Analysis of equipment failures, troubleshooting, and improvement plan for all equipment and control system as PLC, SCADA
  • Controlling the maintenance costs to have production effectiveness within the specified limits.
  • Evaluating and summary maintenance report for improvement about availability, reliability, and efficiency of machinery and instrument.
  • Ability to manage the CAPEX projects to be completed as planed under the specified of capital.
  • Establish equipment and facilities ledger, and compliance with industry standard and regulations.
  • Responsible for energy management, sustainability, and environmental monitoring.
  • Must be following all safety policies and manage production areas to achieve Zero accidents.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Instrument & Control Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical, Instrument & Control, Maintenance
  • Working experience in Reactor, DCS, SCADA system, or familiarity in chemical Industry is preferred.
  • Working experience in CAPEX projects and able to execute all engineering, designing, and improvement.
  • Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and communication technology principles for instrumentation and control systems related to control manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of international standards, safety rules, and environmental regulations related to electrical and instrumentation systems in the chemical industry.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, PLC, DCS, SCADA, instrument, and analyzer
  • Knowledge of computer Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Power BI
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Creative and plan to manage the priorities in their own workload well.
  • Proactive work, Teamwork spirit, Strong communication and coordination skills
