Elevator Technical Engineer (Installation & Maintenance)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise on-site elevator installation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and Thai regulations.

2. Guide and inspect installation teams/contractors to maintain workmanship standards.

3. Troubleshoot complex technical issues during installation and post-sales support.

4. Conduct final debugging and inspection before handover.

5. Develop maintenance systems and provide technical training to service partners/clients.

6. Manage tools, spare parts, and procurement needs.

7. Report product issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2. 5+ years of experience in elevator installation, debugging, or maintenance management; relevant Thai certifications are preferred.

3. Expertise in elevator mechanical/electrical systems, installation, and fault diagnosis.

4. Knowledge of Thai safety regulations and annual inspection processes.

5. Strong problem-solving, team management, and safety awareness.

6. Ability to travel frequently to construction sites.

7. Language: basic English or Chinese literacy is preferred for technical documentation and HQ communication.
