Our embedded software team is looking to hire a driven, motivated software engineer who will build both embedded software running on bare metalandRTOSesas well as higher level interface software. You will work with other software engineersandother engineering disciplines to create semiconductor testers from the ground up.Daily Work:
Our embedded teamengageswith software, electrical, control, and mechanical engineering design teams. We develop embedded and interface software, analyze schematics, review PCB layouts, prototype circuits, debug hardware, automate testing, develop user libraries to control hardware, andcreate documentation. We write code primarily in C, C++, and Python in the Linux environment for various microcontrollers and computing modules acting as the interface to custom hardware. You will have the opportunity to work with senior and principal engineers and be teamed with an experienced embedded engineering mentor, to help teach, guide, and advance your engineering career.

Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and control engineers in the design and bring-up of next-generation memory testers
Develop/Debugin C/C++ for embedded environments
Develop/Debugin C++ and Python for the hardware interface environment
Use of lab equipment for design bring-up and testing
Communication- written, spoken,creatingtechnical documents
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
C proficiency, C++experience
Fundamental electrical engineering knowledge
Experience with embedded software tools
Experience with schematics, and PCB layout
Familiarity with Linux, GNU toolchain
Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, SMUs)
