Cloud Infrastructure Group (Seattle WA) Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is a ground-up effort to build Infrastructure-as-a-Service that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant public cloud environment. We’re looking for technical program managers to drive implementation and continuous monitoring of OCI EHS programs and policies in geographic regions throughout the globe.(EMEA, AMER, and JAPAC) As part of the PASS Organization (Physical Security, Asset and Access Management, Safety, and Sustainability) you will help ensure Environment and Health and Safety excellence and compliance in the OCI Organization as well as support the overall objects of the Global OCI EHS Team.

The Program Manager role is responsible for EHS evangelism across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and for assisting the PASS organization in reporting and communications for our ongoing initiatives. We will be working closely with operations staff, engage within the greater Global EHS organization, conduct Hazard Risk and Facility Assessments as well as organizing and participating in stakeholder and program meetings, developing and executing status reporting, and assisting with cross team communication and collaboration.
Key Attributes
·A detail-oriented, key contributor to the OCI EHS Team, working collaboratively across the organization and company with stakeholders and EHS peers across a multi-national setting toward EHS program implementation and continuous monitoring.
·Excel in management of EHS projects in support of Oracle Cloud and associated projects within the Global EHS organization, developing and supporting EHS programs and policies at the global and local level.
·Driven to analyze and integrate regulatory requirements for environmental, health and safety to ensure EHS program conformance for all Oracle Cloud Stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
·Degree or certificate in the field of Health %26amp; Safety, Environmental, Health %26amp; Safety, Environmental Engineering/Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
·Registration or Certifications as either: Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Health and Safety Manager (CSHM), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification preferred or International Equivalent.
·Working knowledge of Workplace Health %26amp; Safety/Environmental Regulatory Requirements in EMEA Region.
·Strong knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations, and policies.
·Ability and interest in researching and understanding specific code or regulatory language in order to maintain EHS compliance.
·Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including external customers, and vendors.Strong English-language fluency required.
·Superior stakeholder engagement skills to engage and contribute with multiple stakeholders is key.
·Comfortable with developing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
·Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
·Experience in resolving and managing EHS-related issues in a data center environment.
·Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
·Strong project management skills (proven ability to manage a scope, schedule and budget).
·Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian Suite.

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
