Job Purposes

Manage and implement plans and directions to monitor and develop events and public relation, including presenting ideas and formats of marketing and public relation activities to increase customer base, drive gross sales, and align the operations with organization goal, objectives, and policy

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement the directions to manage and monitor marketing and public relation activities to increase customer base, and drive gross sales and income of branch and organization
  • Provide support to set up ideas and formats for events to create guideline for activities aligning with image and target group
  • Present the development and improvement of events, public relation, and marketing activities to ensure effective policy and operations to support organization needs and current situation
  • Examine and evaluate marketing activities and public relation, including making summary report to propose to the direct supervisor to improve the operations and satisfy customer needs effectively
  • Coordinate with relevant team and functions in events and public relation to ensure effective operations
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding in marketing related to organization business
  • Have good English skills
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Be creative
