Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Executive Assistant at Avalon Analytics, your primary focus will be to support our CEO and team in various administrative and organizational tasks, while also playing a key role in HR and office management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document Management: Handle the preparation, organization, and storage of important company documents. Ensure confidentiality and efficient retrieval of records.
  • Executive Support: Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operational flow around executive activities.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all supplies and equipment are adequately maintained. Liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings as required, including scheduling, and coordinating necessary materials.
  • HR Coordination: Work closely with external recruitment agencies to facilitate the hiring process. Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts and onboarding processes. Record and monitor the employee's holidays and sick leaves.
  • Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements and assist in the planning and execution of company events and team activities.
  • Project Support: Provide support for various projects, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of team initiatives.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison with vendors, stakeholders, and business partners, maintaining professional relationships and efficient communication.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in the tech or hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with office management systems.
  • Independent worker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building and customer service.
