Job Description


  • Manage and follow up good delivering process to ensure the product arrival with clients
  • Manage logistics timeline for each channel and prepare related document.
  • Coordinate with partners ie Shipping agents, insurance, and banking.
  • Researching for best practice in PO and deliver process and Collecting client's feedback to seek for further improvement
  • Improve delivering proves to improve client's satisfaction rate with Stakeholders.
  • Perform order taking process and able to deliver products to customers effectively
  • Follow up payment, arrange shipment and well co-ordinate with related cross functional team
  • Ensure good service to customers and handle day to day operation efficiently
  • Provide immediate response to customers problem and able to take action or follow up with appropriate solutions
  • Other projects as per assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or others related major
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
  • Able to communicate in English in professional scheme with least TOEIC score of 700
  • Direct experiences 1-3 years in customer support, or sales coordinator in Freight business is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication and Problem-solving skills
  • Able to working under pressure and tight timeline
  • Be able to work abroad
