Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that promote the company's brand and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers, to secure positive coverage for the company.
  • Write and edit content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other external communication channels.
  • Coordinate and organize events and activities, including product launches, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage social media accounts and create content that promotes engagement with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to coordinate communication campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in external communication, PR, or related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences and communication channels.
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging with audiences.
  • Experience working with media outlets and securing media coverage.
  • Knowledge of communication metrics and ability to analyze data to inform communication strategies.
