Analysis & Solution Engineering - Drive failure analysis provides service support on drive analytical technique and failure analysis for both internal quality tests and customer returned failures.
Create human decision algorithm based on the expert engineer step-by-step decision making during the conclusion of HDD failures. Use machine learning methods and AI to complement the human decision algorithm. Lead a group of ASE engineers who work on automated FA and tools development projects. Work with IT to set up the server system to achieve a desired processing power & speed. Create and implement work flow for the automated FA systems.
Fast learning, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent teamwork, coach-ability, leadership, English communication and presentation skills.
Computer programming languages, Python, Java, and C++. Familiar with Linux, computer network, cloud, database and virtual machine. Experience in data preparation process, machine leaning and AI projects. Degree/Masters/PhD in data science, statistic, computer or electrical related field.
