What you'll achieve
Leads, develops and implements the Product Line Management strategy for Displays and Client Peripherals (DnCP) product line in GC to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
.Direct leadership and accountability of Displays and Client Peripherals Product Line Management for GC, encompassing product offers, product transition, pricing, product launches and sustaining efforts to successfully deliver to its P&L.
.Identifies growth opportunities and drives growth initiatives with stakeholders
.Develops product and pricing strategies
.Build and execute quarterly pricing plan to stay competitive and support the delivery of financial targets. Influences marketing programs, campaigns, sales enablement programs to drive the selling motion
.Evaluates in-depth market analysis and provides inputs and business case to Product Group for optimization of existing product offers and/or create the new product offers. Provides Point Of View on business performance and supports annual operation planning exercise

Essential Requirements
.12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, with 4+ years managerial/leadership experienceExperience in IT sales, product planning and launch is preferred
.Successful track record of driving strategic initiatives and drive for results. Executive influencing, communication and presentation capacity
.Experience in leading virtual and matrix teams, working with cross functions to deliver results. Experience in selling or supporting sales and channel teams in very large company is highly desirable
.Must be proficient at dealing with ambiguity and adept at organizational agility. Strong analytical skills are desirable
