Job Description


Job Responsibilities
  • Total Company Financial planning: Being a leader for all financial planning, running the quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles, coordination with related teams to set total company targets.
  • Developing and maintaining the company's long-term plan.
  • Establishing and running our operating cadence: Running the monthly business review with the MD/ Head of Finance and Accounting, establishing the key metrics, reporting, and ad-hoc reviews.
  • Monthly and Quarterly reporting: Coordination our monthly close with accounting to deliver the right insights to our leadership on our business performance.
  • Supporting company on ongoing M&A and Investment deals.
  • Business partnerships: Working closely with the Corporate Leaders of the key functions (e.g. Legal, Finance, Gov. Affairs, HR, etc.) to establish and monitor their budgets, providing finance support for the critical investments in their respective areas.
  • Sophisticated financial modeling: Conducting ad-hoc business case modeling for our Head of Finance and Accounting and leadership team including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Analyzing cash flow forecasts and business cases for major/companywide important capital projects.
  • Helping us scale by maturing our planning processes, ensuring financial planning best practices spread through the organization.
  • Partnering with Accounting, Tax, and other finance functions: Working closely with accounting and tax to provide input on management reporting needs and connecting operations to tax impacts.
  • Developing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) systems roadmap with the support of Technology and external partners.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years experience at relevant positions.
  • Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP and familiar with local laws and regulations.
  • Certified Public Accountant would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure.
  • Systems-strong knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning and accounting systems.
  • Proficient ability to use MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.
